Privacy policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Loyal Contractors (“Loyal Contractors”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use https://loyalcontractors.com, a contractor-matching service for Across the United States and surrounding areas. This site is operated under Loyal Contractors, our main platform brand and service operator.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address.
• Project details — the service you need, project description, location (city/ZIP), budget range, and any photos you upload.
• Account data — login email and a securely hashed password if you create an account.
• Usage data — device, browser, pages viewed, and similar technical information collected automatically.

3. How we use your information

• To review your request and match it with contractors serving your area.
• To contact you about your request by phone or email, and by one-time verification SMS only when you separately opt in to the Loyal Contractors SMS Program.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

Your project contact details may be shared with contractors matched to your request so they can respond about the project. We will not sell, share, trade, rent, or transfer your mobile number, SMS opt-in consent, or other mobile information to third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. We also share information with service providers who host and operate the platform on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, storage), under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. Contractors who receive your information are independent businesses and are required to use it only to respond to your request; their subsequent handling of your information is governed by their own privacy practices.

5. Loyal Contractors text messages and calls

Loyal Contractors sends SMS verification codes only after your separate SMS opt-in. The code confirms your phone number and contractor service request; no marketing, matching, appointment, or request-status texts are sent through this program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We will not sell, share, trade, rent, or transfer your mobile number, SMS opt-in consent, or other mobile information to third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share this information only with messaging service providers and carriers that deliver the verification code on our behalf. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact support@loyalcontractors.com.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to save in-progress requests. If we use analytics tools, they collect aggregate usage statistics; we do not use cross-site advertising trackers on the request form.

7. Data retention

We keep project requests and account data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below); some records may be retained where the law requires.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence (including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws in Oregon, Washington, and elsewhere), you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@loyalcontractors.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
