How many contractors will contact me?
Usually two to four — the ones who genuinely fit the trade, area, and budget. We'd rather send you three good options than fifteen mediocre ones.
What if the job is small?
Send it anyway. Plenty of pros in our network take punch-list and repair work between bigger projects, and small jobs are how good long-term relationships start.
Do I have to accept a bid?
No. There's no obligation at any point. If none of the bids feel right, walk away — we'd rather you wait than hire someone you're unsure about.
How do you check licenses?
We look up each contractor's number on the Oregon CCB's public registry and confirm the license is active, bonded, and in good standing before they can receive requests. We re-check periodically.
